Our Office

The Farmers of Salem office is modern and welcoming for our employees. We’ve created a space that allows for productivity, function, and collaboration. The office is positioned along the Christina River in Wilmington, Delaware. Conveniently located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Amtrak train station.

Farmers of Salem offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes low-cost, high-deductible plans. Farmers of Salem also offers dental, vision, prescription, and flex spending and health savings plans. Employees may also opt for additional services through these benefit packages, such as mail order prescription and confidential, convenient virtual access to health care providers.

Farmers of Salem partners with Health Advocate, a national health and patient advocacy company, to provide a broad spectrum of health solutions to meet the needs of our employees. In addition to receiving complimentary assistance on benefit questions, employees can also enroll in an employee assistance program (EAP) and various other wellness activities.
